reunion dinner at ah ma house as usual. steamboat as usual haha.. den see the same usual pple. but it's the bonding yea.. see cousin like ah john whom i dun see often. and i found out he's actually 30 yrs old =x hmm den after dinner watch tv till abt 9pm? it was the s'pore film. tu ran fa cai. so funny lor.. erm after tt we wanted to go home.. cs all of us felt too tired. but because marietta was whining tt she wanted to go and see fireworks, we ended up at river hong bao at marina. it was crowded. and i kinda hate crowds lol. oh dad parked the car at fullerton hotel.. shortly afgter we reached rover hong bao uncle robert called.. apparently he and family were dining at fullerton hotel and saw his car LOL. coincedental huh? ok back to river hong bao. marietta sat one ride and felt it was too boring to slow no kick. but who ask her to be a 7+ yrold kid. dont sit kiddy ride sit wad lol.. den melinda and i saw this ride called Turbo. it looked very fun very thrilling. and so we ended up on it. and after tt i won't even touch it ever again. not tt it wasnt fun. but guess wad? melinda's seat belt was faulty. on a fast and thrilling ride the seat belt was faulty leh. u know how dangerous it was? she was panicking throughout the whole ride and we were praying hard that everything will be fine. but anyway the faulty seat belt wasnt the only reason. both melinda and i came out with bruises on our shoulders and hips. lol. cos of the impact we kept banging against the seat. and it wasnt cushioned or anything. so ya.. bruised =( erm after tt walked abit more... den sat near the merlion abt 15min to midnight. and finally when midnight came fireworks were seen in the sky. it was so nice. seriously nicer than previous years i've been there. and there were heart-shaped fireworks too xD k after tt nth much la go home sleep to get ready for cny visitations..
first day of cny.. the SOPs as mum likes to put it. wake up bathe change up put makeup take family photo go grandma house for vegetarian breakfast and cheng thng (wadeva anyhow spell) and after tt go dad's aunt's house.. yep.. standard.. every year also liddat one. hahaa... than after tt went to mummy's side already. grandpa house. eat lunch. this year cny ar.... everyone ask abt results and wad jc i'llbe going. den i'll say i'm going poly and then some will say 'poly good!' and some others will ask why not jc? i just dont want to simple as tt. after slacking at grandpa's house till abt... 3? went to granduncle's house. supposedly we go to his house for lunch on 2nd day every year..but from wad i heard he's not feelings well.. and the family members arent on good terms. yep. tt's wad i heard. so we decided this year we wun go for lunch next day.. and just visit him lor. it's his chinese bdae summore btw.. haha. cool right first day of cny. after visiting him went home. mum and dad slept.. melinda and i played the com.. haha. den went for dinner at aunt's house (dad's eldest sister). she cooks the best food ever.. and we'll go there once a year during the cny period to eat and visit her. another aunt i don't see often so yea. cny is good for bonding. and my niece and nephew were thr too xD naomi and dillon.. cousin's children. so cute. aww and weiming (kor kor, as i used to call him lol). missed him lots too. haha he more and more good looking too. oops. k after visiting aunt went to uncle robert's house. k for those who still don't know uncle robert is my uncle who is in qbc lol.. sam and abel's dad. yea. k this is lame. er den we watch movie at his house. he got a whole collection of vcds and dvds lol.. watched rob-b-hood. and jackie chan show.. the baby is soooo cute u know.... xD after tt abel wanted to play my RO account cos he wanna pk. lol.. so he went into the pvp room.. and started sg-ing and apparently jon chew saw it and thought i was crazy so i told himit was abel not me. k RO nth to talk abt one. just tt abel wanted to pk jon. and he lost =S
second day.. cos dont need to go granduncle's house had nth to do all morning.. till abt 3pm.. went to aunt's house (mum's eldest sis). watched this movie calld test of truth..AHHH YES THIS MOVIE IS GOOD!!!!!!!! omg i'm going crazy i want the vcd =( it's a japanese show. EVERYONE WATCH IT!!!!!! after tt dinner out.. cos we couldnt find food we ended up at lion city hotel LOL.. and guess wad. i saw mr ong eng kiat!!!!!!! lmao hilarious. k after dinner went to dad's friend's house. and i hv to make a confession.. i gambled a little =x. yea.. =S blackjack. nth to elaborate one.
third day. ahh this is wad i call a nice day. went for buffet at intercontinental hotel. the one at bugis. my dad's a vip thr hahahha. ate at olve tree.. it's like... $40++ per adult? but guess how much we paid. for 4 adults.. $40+ only.. lmao. but it was high class dining.. my parents kept saying "fine dining".=S wadeva. and melinda and marietta seriously need table etiquette lessons. =S shall not elaborate. after tt went to uncle wilson's house. nth much. the uncles played mahjong. my dad plays with them every year. but he makes it clear tt whether he wins or loses he wun touch money. yea good exmaple xD. anyway i watched him play. and i learnt =x. so when uncle wilson walked away to be a good host i sat thr for funa nd ended up playing. i told him i'll lose for him. but at the end of the day he won $8.. and i won one game for him which was.. $11. LOL...so cool i helped him win -.- not bad for a first timer huh.. stayed thr for dinner. den went home. tt's the end of cny holidays.
now i'm stuck at home =( oh man i want school lol
